What began as weekend cookouts for family and friends grew into Fort Lauderdale's go-to food truck for authentic, slow-smoked barbecue. Every cut is hand-selected, dry-rubbed with our signature blend, and smoked low and slow over oak for up to 14 hours. No shortcuts, no compromises — just honest, soulful food served from our truck in the heart of Flagler Village.
